It starts with the water

Every great spirit starts with great water. Ours starts in Ontario.

Waterfall was born from a simple idea: a genuinely premium spirit should not come with a premium fuss. Clean, smooth and full of character, every bottle is made to be enjoyed, whether neat, over ice or in an easy cocktail.

We are proud of our Ontario roots, and prouder still to be poured in the bars, restaurants and homes that make this province such a good place to raise a glass.
